Checkout through Shopify
Complete your purchase through our secure Shopify checkout. Review your items, delivery address and final total before paying. We will never ask you to send your card number or password through our contact form.
Standard shipping included
Standard shipping is included for eligible addresses in the contiguous United States, including Washington, D.C. Products are made to order; production happens before carrier transit. Items may arrive in separate parcels, and tracking is sent when available.

Help if something is wrong
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. For a confirmed issue, we provide an appropriate replacement or refund under our policy. Approved replacements and any return shipping we require to resolve the issue are at no charge to you.
If a parcel is missing or its tracking has stalled, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and refund the affected items and associated charges.

Know what you are buying
Product pages list dimensions, materials and what is included. Our throws are woven cotton; art prints are physical prints supplied without frames; mahjong mats include a carrying bag; tiles and racks are not included. Digital previews illustrate the design, and colors and texture can vary by screen and material.
Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns solely for a change of mind or an incorrectly chosen size or design. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
