  1. About Morrowfen

Morrowfen is an online store operated by Jay David Hernandez Alverio in Puerto Rico. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Morrowfen. Our store is hosted on Shopify, and we use production partners to manufacture and ship our products.

These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

  1. Using Our Store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and authorized to use the payment method you provide. Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information.

You may not use our website for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, distributing malicious software or interfering with the store’s security or operation.

  1. Products and Images

Our products are made to order. Please review each listing’s dimensions, materials, included items and care instructions before purchasing.

Product images may include digital mockups. Colors and small details can vary with screen settings, printing methods and textile construction. Woven artwork may differ in texture and detail from a digital preview. These normal variations do not excuse defective products or material differences from the product description.

Accessories shown in styled images are not included unless the listing expressly says otherwise.

  1. Prices, Payments and Orders

Prices are displayed in the currency identified by the store. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

We may change prices for future purchases. Such changes do not alter the agreed price of an existing order.

An automated order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order. We may need to decline or cancel an order because of unavailability, a material listing error, suspected fraud or a legal restriction. If this happens, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

We will not charge an increased price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

  1. Production, Shipping and Delays

Production and delivery are separate stages. Please review the estimates shown when ordering and our Shipping and Delivery policy.

Standard shipping is included for eligible addresses in the contiguous United States, as confirmed at checkout. Products may arrive in separate parcels because they are fulfilled by different production partners.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent and cancellation options required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill your order, or you exercise an applicable cancellation right, we will promptly refund the affected unshipped items and associated charges.

Contact us if a parcel is missing or damaged. Using a production partner or carrier does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

  1. Cancellations and Address Changes

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address correction. We can confirm a discretionary cancellation or change only if production or shipment can still be stopped.

This restriction does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by law, including rights relating to shipment delays.

  1. Returns, Damage and Incorrect Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges unless required by applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the problem. We may request photographs to help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Contact us before returning an item. Do not send it to an address printed on the parcel without receiving our instructions.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

The 30-day reporting period does not shorten any mandatory legal rights. See our Returns and Order Help policy for further details.

  1. Privacy and Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared, including information needed by payment and fulfillment providers.

We may send communications necessary to process and support your order. Placing an order does not, by itself, constitute consent to unrelated marketing messages.

  1. Website Content

Morrowfen branding, text, images and designs may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or their respective owners. Purchasing a physical item does not transfer any underlying intellectual property rights.

Nothing in these Terms restricts uses permitted by law or asserts exclusive ownership over public-domain material.

  1. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory warranties, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not require you to waive applicable consumer protections as a condition of purchasing.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Puerto Rico and the United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. This provision does not remove any right to bring a claim in a forum available to you under applicable law.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new update date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce your rights under an existing order.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
